Steps
Step 1: Remittance of the original manuscript
Please send a digital copy of your work to be evaluated by the literary team at CURSACK BOOKS. You will be notified if any changes are suggested in order to enrich or fine-tune your work within 7 to 15 days of receiving the original. You will receive an estimate for the services suggested. The decision is yours.
Step 2: Contracting Publishing or Other Services
Once you have decided on the services you wish to request from CURSACK BOOKS, you will receive a corresponding binding contract, which will have to be signed, dated, and returned to CURSACK BOOKS along with the first installment.
Step 3: Editing and Proofreading. Illustration, Design, and Composition.
Your work will go through two phases of editing and proofreading. Once this step is completed your manuscript will be submitted to the composition and design department where the cover of your book will be illustrated.
Step 4: Prototype Remittance to the Writer
Before the final editing and proofreading process takes place, the production team at CURSACK BOOKS prints out a preliminary prototype to be sent to the writer for revision and approval. The second installment is due at this point.
Step 5: Reception of the Prototype from the Writer
Once the approved prototype is received back from the writer, the book is registered with the Library of Congress. Upon receipt of the assigned number, the book goes to print.
Step 6: Final Print
The final approved prototype is sent to the printer. The printer makes a preliminary print out test that is sent to CURSACK BOOKS for final review and approval.
Step 7: Shipping of the Final Product
CURSACK BOOKS will ship 100% of the books printed to the address specified by the author. The third and final payment is due at this time.
